About Cerula Care

Cerula Care is the first digital health company focused on providing integrated behavioral health (BH) services to people with advanced illness, starting with cancer. There are 17M Americans living with Cancer and per the National Cancer Institute, more than 70% have distress, anxiety, depression, substance use disorder, or PTSD, and would benefit from behavioral health support. We integrate with oncology practices and health systems through the Collaborative Care Model (CoCM) and provide the practice with a behavioral health team (Behavioral Health Care Manager, Health Coach, and Psychiatric Consultant) and tailored behavioral health care programming for their patients, monthly and ad-hoc collaboration, and outcomes analysis. The Collaborative Care Model is an evidence-based clinical model that successfully improves mild to moderate behavioral health needs more effectively than the current standard of care, proven in the primary care population.
